Welcome to Vapeshop Mania. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Vapeshop Mania ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Legal Age by Province

• 19 years old: British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Yukon
• 18 years old: Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec

If we discover or have reason to believe that you are not of legal age, we reserve the right to:

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
• Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including:

An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email and the payment has been processed.

Payment

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.

• Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day
• We ship via Canada Post with tracking on all orders
• Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (thresholds vary by region)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Free in-store pickup is available at our Hawkesbury location

Age Verification at Delivery

As required by law, all deliveries require age verification. The recipient must:

• Be of legal age to purchase vaping products
• Present valid government-issued photo ID
• Sign for the package

If no one of legal age is available, the carrier will leave a notice and the package can be picked up at your local post office with valid ID.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.

Return Window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
• In the same condition you received them
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

• E-liquids / Vape juice – for health and safety reasons
• Disposable vapes – for health and safety reasons
• Coils and pods – for health and safety reasons
• Clearance / Sale items – all sales are final
• Opened products – must be sealed and unused

Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Store credit:

• Will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
• Does not expire
• Can be used on any future purchase
• Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@vapeshopmania.ca with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

Do not send returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Purchasing products if you are under the legal age
• Purchasing products on behalf of a minor
• Reselling our products without authorization
• Using the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website
• Collecting personal information of other users
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other customers
• Engaging in any activity that violates Canadian law

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services for any violation of these prohibited uses.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@vapeshopmania.ca to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes within 30 days.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
