Understanding Your Order Status
Many new customers have questions about their order status. Throughout the process, we've provided some helpful information to help you understand where your order stands. In order to keep you updated, we are diligent about sending you status updates. As our team works to get your vape supplies to you quickly, your order will change status several times. Vapeshop Mania orders go through the following stages:
PENDING: When you place your order for the first time, it starts in Pending Status. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, it will proceed to the next stage... PENDING
PROCESSING: Your order is in Processing Status when your payment has been received and it is being picked, packaged, and prepared for shipping. Typically, this process takes less than one business day. When your order is ready to ship, it will change to...
SHIPPED: Upon receiving a shipping label from Canada Post, your order status will change to Shipped. You will typically receive a confirmation email from Canada Post within a few hours of your order updating to Shipped Status. This email will include your tracking number and a link to the Canada Post tracking page.
